The Internet has grown so much in the last 10 years. What was originally a platform for information display and presentation has evolved into a platform for development of web applications. Today I want to mention my 3 favorite web apps as of today.
- WordPress is a content management system that makes it easy to update and add new content to a website. This site is done with wordpress.
- Magento is a platform for e-commerce websites that allow you to sell products from your inventory on the internet. It gives you a shopping cart, the ability to keep accounts, and payment processing.
- Joomla is the content management system I used before WordPress. It is very well supported and has tons of themes and plugins to add functionality to your website.
