- We can do remote support! Call us at 865-406-4015. Go to https://danielbuchanan.youcanbook.me/ , then go to https://getmorepc.com/sos give us the 9 digit number over the phone and we can connect remotely! This is time saving for you and us, healthier, safer, and a much better all around solution for remote support!
- Drop off for computer repair will be done by appointment only. At this time we are no longer taking walk-ins. To make an appointment visit our website or call 865-406-4015.
- Masks are required to be worn by customers and employees at the GetMorePC office.
- If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms we ask that you please wait until your symptoms have gone away before coming to GetMorePC.
- All GetMorePC employees and contractors are required to wear a mask during on-site visits to clients.
- There are masks at the door for folks that don’t have one, they are yours to keep!
- We will clean and sanitize each computer exterior (as we’ve always done) before giving it back to the customer.
